You want AI to save your team time, but you’re not sure where to start. Modern Harvester builds and integrates practical AI systems that reduce routine work, giving your existing team more capacity to serve the people who rely on you and grow your organization.
Less routine work. Important projects moving. More room to grow.
Your team is busy with reports, follow-ups and repetitive tasks, from customer updates to donor thank-yous. You see ways AI might help, but choosing the right tools and connecting them to the way you work can feel like one more project. Meanwhile, the same routine work keeps taking time from the people you serve and from growth.
Mark Gossman brings 38 years of experience starting, growing and exiting businesses. He also knows the cost of trying to do too much yourself.
He started Modern Harvester to give other leaders the support he once wished he had. Today, our team brings together strategy, AI systems, StoryBrand-certified messaging and hands-on delivery to help put your next step into practice.

We discuss your goals, routine tasks and where your team needs more capacity.
We identify a useful opportunity and agree on the work to be done.
We build and integrate the agreed systems around the way your team works.
You do not need to choose every service or replace everything that already works. Start with the part of your organization that needs support, whether that is being found, reducing routine work, or getting a project finished.
Give your existing team more capacity.
We identify where AI can reduce routine work, then build and connect the systems around your organization. Your existing team gains more capacity for the people you serve, important projects and growth.
